OpSail 2000 Harvey was a featured vessel at the July 4, 2000 harbor festival. Anchored near the President’s viewing station, she gave dramatic water displays throughout the day. After the tall ships’ parade, she was one of the first vessels allowed to move in the harbor to the delight of her guests and spectators alike.  » See more Harvey photos
